REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS TO-RO-OZMOS-OSMOZ-OSMOS
Reverse osmosis is system that performs membrane filtration aimed at obtaining pure water, separates all unwanted minerals from the water, used in cases where classic distillation systems are insufficient for distilling and using water with conductivity level higher than the intended level.
Design and membrane number of reverse osmosis are related to chemical specifications of water. In reverse osmosis principle, water permeates through membranes with high pressure. That is why, high pressure pump is used within the system. Reverse osmosis membranes are very sensitive to physical contamination, carbonates and precipitating crystals with sulphate content. A good front filter (cartridge filter) and antiscalant (Limestone and silicate preventer) must be used to protect membranes from this situation.
Passage of water, which is rich in mineral, to the other side of a semipermeable membrane by using osmotic pressure is called osmosis principle. Semipermeable membrane lets only passage of tiny atoms and atom groups (such as water molecules, gases and some small organic molecules). Other dissolved ions cannot pass to the other side by virtue of semipermeable membrane.
NANOFILTRATIONNF
Nanofiltration systems, just like reverse osmosis, are membrane technology. Reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes are very similar physically. However, their functions and operating principles differ.
Nanofiltration Systems are used in milk processes, coolant towers, industrial distillation systems, recycling of waste water, removal of hardness or caustic recycling processes, Colour removal,
TOC removal and instead of water softening systems; nanofiltration systems are used in order to decrease conductivity during removal of high Ca+2 or SO4-2 ion amounts.
RO - NF MEMBRANES...
Reverse Osmosis membranes, which are planned to be used within Reverse Osmosis Systems, are determined in consequence of projection study that is done according to raw water quality. Reverse Osmosis Membranes could be washed with hot water according to raw water quality, process and operating conditions, it might designed for hygienic boron removal and Full-Fit might be the type that is specifically manufactured for TOC removal.
Nanofiltration membranes prevail in terms of separation of divalent and bigger ions from water while it lets univalent ions such as sodium and chlorine to pass. Nanofiltration membranes are TFC (Thin Film Composite) type membranes.

Antrasit' ler içme, proses, atık su ve havuz suyu arıtımında basınçlı veya basınçsız filtreler kullanılarak uygulanır. Antrasitin kirletici tutma kapasitesi standart kum filtrelerine göre 4.5 kat daha yüksektir. Böylece filtrenin servis süresi arttırılırken ters yıkamada harcanan su miktarı da 1.5 kat azaltılmış olur.

DOLOMİT ...
Dolomit, kireç taşında kalsiyum ve magnezyumun birlikte yer almasından oluşan doğal bir mineraldir. Su arıtma proseslerinde Ters ozmoz sistemi sonrasında saflaştırılmış olan ürün suyunun pH değerini yükseltmek ve ek mineral kazandırmak için işlemi için kullanılır. "Son filtrasyon (re-mineralizasyon – mineral takviyesi)"
Dolomit filtreler manüel kontrollüdür. Su, filtre içerisinde yukarıdan aşağıya doğru süzülürken dolomit minerali eriyerek suya kalsiyum, magnezyum ve karbonat gibi doğal mineraller kazandırmış olur. Zaman içerisinde eridikçe eksilen mineralin üzerine yenisi ilave edilerek suya mineral ilave etme işlemine devam edilir.
