CARTRIDGE FILTERS...

Cartridge filters are manual filters used for water to be filtered at preferred micron sensitivity.

Cartridges made out of pp (polypropylene) ensuring that water is filtered at required microns, are used at cartridge filter body. By means of these cartridges, residues, particles, stones, soil, rust etc. solid materials in water are filtered.

Cartridge bodies may be out of PVC or Stainless Steel depending on preference and usage area. It is possible to perform sensitive filtration at micron level with cartridges with suitable specifications and numbers and sensitivity for different capacities.

Cartridge filters are preferred for water that has contamination lower than 100 ppm. It is not preferred for water with too high flow and too much contamination. In such cases, automatic filters must be preferred.

BAG FILTER...

Bag filter systems are made out of filter body and bag filters.

Bags that permeate water with too high flow, made out of chemical-resistant pp (polypropylene), material ensuring that water is filtered at required microns, are used at bag filter body.

While water is permeating through bag filter, residues, particles, stones, soil, rust etc. solid materials in water are filtered.

By virtue of its simple mechanism, it is maintained and cleaned easily. By virtue of its sensitive manufacturing, it does not enable non-filtered water to permeate to the system. Besides, special manufacturing option with suitable sizes and micron levels is also present for different aims. .

DISK FILTER...

Disk filter modules are used for full automatic filtration of water of all quality and capacity with its efficient design. Disk filters have different micron options. Since reverse washing time is so short at disk filters, waste water amount is too low compared to traditional filters. Disk filters do not cut off the water that goes to the business during reverse washing, it performs reserve washing and continues with filtration at the same time. WHAT IS DISK FILTER TECHNOLOGY?

Disk Filters; There are alternative product options as automatic and manual. At both sides of disks, there are channels with certain micron sizes. Channels at the tops of the disks and channels at the bottom of the disks intersect one another at reserve direction. That way, a deeply genuine filtration of water is ensured inside the filter backbone. Disks are overlapped on a backbone. Spring and water pressure difference press the disks in a convergent manner that is why effective water filtration is ensured. Water is filtered in outside-in direction while permeating through canaliculi. Three different types of filtration is operated in disk filter. By virtue of its special design, front filtration is conduction while water is permeating into the filter. Then the water dashes to the disks and overlapping disks cause surface filtration. Next, it floats through the water channels and that way depth filtration is performed. All of disk filters are manufactured out of synthetic material, filter materials are long-lasting and highly durable. It is the most suitable filter for see water with its non-corrosive structure. .

SCREEN FILTERS...

Screen Filters are easily operable filters with high capacity of water filtration at limited area. Product with manual, hydraulically-operated or electrically-operated reverse washing mechanism may be chosen depending upon the project. Our sieve filter has capacity to perform filtration between 10 microns to 800 microns.

By means of its large filtration surface area, reliable operating mechanism and simple structure, screen filters facilitate sensitive filtration with high capacity at low-quality water. Manual may perform automatic reverse washing depending upon the pressure difference and/or time. During reserve washing, no decrease in system flow or no cut-off in water forwarding to the system will occur. It spends too little water during reverse washing.

Screen filters are utilised at practices such as well water, surface water, agricultural uses, power plants, fish farms, coolant water, process water, Pre-distillation filtration.

How does Screen Filter Operate?

After water permeates through the entrance part of the screen, first big particles are filtered on coarse sieve and then small particles are filtered on fine screen. Coarse screen is designed in order to protect the sensitive screen against big particles. Filtration cake is formed on the surface of fine sieve, this cake layer causes to pressure difference after a while. When 0,7 Bar pressure difference occurs between filter input and output, filter switches to reverse washing automatically.

DRUM FILTERS...

Drum filter has large filtration surface area and it is an ideal filter to filter water with high flow at limited area. Drum filters can filter water in a wide range of microns as large as 50 microns up to 3000 microns at flows between 1 m³/h and 4500 m³/h. Drum filters do not need additional pressure, maintenance and consumables. It ensures non-stop filtration. It might be manufactured out of 304, 316 quality stainless steel and synthetic material.

Drum filters are used in order for thin particles and organic materials in liquid to be dialysed. Drum filters are especially used for filtration of surface water, water with high contamination ratio and fibre.

HYDRO-CYCLONE SEPARATOR FILTER (SOLID SEPARATOR)

Separator filters are ideal for suspended solid materials and inorganic materials that are heavier than water with two or more weight density to be separated from water with centrifugal effect. Filtration operation with sensitivity up to 50 microns might be performed. Carbon steel is manufactured out of stainless steel of 304 and 316 quality.

How does hydro-cyclone filter (solid separator) operate?

• While water is entering through input part of the filter tangentially, particles heavier than the water are dispersed to the device walls with centrifugal effect and they go down to collection area with spiral movements. Particles collected at the bottom chamber of the filter are thrown out of the filter whether periodically or continuously, depending on option. Water, separated from particles, is pulled above via swirl in the middle of the separator and it is forwarded to the output line. Since the filter does not have reverse washing, it throws so little water. For separator Filters; there is no part that moves and breaks down, there is no filter element that needs to be cleaned. Since it does not include filter element, there is no obstruction risk.
