ACTIVE CARBON FILTERS AC

It is used for decontamination of water from unwanted unresolved organic, inorganic contaminators, for eliminating unwanted chlorine colour, taste and odour from water. Active carbon is used for COD removal and removal of contaminator materials that cannot be eliminated by other filtration systems for disposal of very small particles named as colloidal and free chlorine, free ozone, chlorine compounds, some organics and inorganics, humic acid, oil and agricultural medications.

Through activation, surface area filters organic materials, carbon minerals increased as about 100 times by absorbing them. Active Carbon minerals are used in active carbon filter, and filter takes its name of here.

ULTRAFILTRATIONUF

It is the newest and the most reliable filter type among existing filter techniques. Ultrafiltration systems are especially used for sensitive filtration of well water and natural spring water with membrane technology and, recycling of distilled waste water, lake water, sea water that has intense and variable physical contamination load.

Ultrafiltration systems are disposal process of contaminators from the water such as particles, colloid, turbidity, emulsion, suspended solid materials.

Filtration process in ultrafiltration method is based on the principle that liquid is strained through a semi-permeable membrane with hydrostatic pressure effect. Whereas high-molecular-weight solids and dissolved materials are trapped, water and low-molecular-weight dissolved materials permeates the membrane. Ultrafiltration system that could be integrated to other technologies within water distillation system is an ideal method to separate macromolecules, pyrogen, bacteria, and colloid from water.

Ultrafiltration is a technology that operates under low pressure and causes no change in chemical structure of water.

Hollow Fibre manufactured from PES, PVP, PVDF, PS material is present in ultrafiltration modules. It has models that operate from the inside out or from the outside-in depending upon design and properties of raw water..

Antrasit' ler içme, proses, atık su ve havuz suyu arıtımında basınçlı veya basınçsız filtreler kullanılarak uygulanır. Antrasitin kirletici tutma kapasitesi standart kum filtrelerine göre 4.5 kat daha yüksektir. Böylece filtrenin servis süresi arttırılırken ters yıkamada harcanan su miktarı da 1.5 kat azaltılmış olur.

DOLOMİT ...

Dolomit, kireç taşında kalsiyum ve magnezyumun birlikte yer almasından oluşan doğal bir mineraldir. Su arıtma proseslerinde Ters ozmoz sistemi sonrasında saflaştırılmış olan ürün suyunun pH değerini yükseltmek ve ek mineral kazandırmak için işlemi için kullanılır. Dolomit filtreler manüel kontrollüdür. Su, filtre içerisinde yukarıdan aşağıya doğru süzülürken dolomit minerali eriyerek suya kalsiyum, magnezyum ve karbonat gibi doğal mineraller kazandırmış olur. Zaman içerisinde eridikçe eksilen mineralin üzerine yenisi ilave edilerek suya mineral ilave etme işlemine devam edilir.
